Welcome to Timber Bay

Welcome to Timber Bay Subdivision on Lake Keowee. We are excited to share our story with you.

Timber Bay is a newly established lakeside community that offers tranquility and natural beauty. Timber Bay has 96 properties of which approximately forty percent are waterfront, and some interior lots have lake views. The community marina consists of a covered pavilion with a fireplace, bar area, restrooms, a terrace with tables, armchairs and lounge chairs, grills, a kayak/canoe/paddle board launch and 56 boat slips assigned to some interior lots.

Timber Bay is owned and governed by its residents through a Property Owners’ Association (POA), supported by volunteer residents. The community is self-governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a minimum of three up to seven elected property owners. We take pride in our community and members have worked hard to maintain the integrity of our subdivision.

Our residents are more than just neighbors, they are like family.

From Timber Bay you are just 15 minutes from both Seneca, SC and Wahalla, SC and all that both towns have to offer including shopping, dining, schools, hospital and much, much more!

Our Mission

The mission of the Board Members of the Timber Bay Homeowners Association is to preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by maintaining the common ground areas, and upholding our Covenants, Deed Restrictions, and By-Laws. The Timber Bay subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family. We will enforce the Association Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions while providing ethical and fiscally responsible solutions to promote a sense of community, to enhance our property values, and plan for the future.
